We bought a synergy scooter from this place last year and we have come back to buy two e-bikes this summer (one is a Synergy and the other one is Super 73). Both times, they were very patient with us (Kyle and Billy). Their after service is also excellent. I highly recommend them.
Billy helped me pick out exactly what I needed, asking him a couple questions completely unrelated to my original purchase inquiry and he was happy to give insightful information. I’ve bought two paddle boards from this location and have nothing but raves about this company. Highly recommend them for anything outdoor, fun related.
Epic customer service. Definitely recommend these guys for E scooters and bikes. Bought myself the Sport 800W and my wife the 500W city elite Synergy scooter and love cruising around the city. Kyle was good to deal with! Go get your new scooter from these guys!
Great Customer Service and pricing! These guys are class all the way. We bought two scooters from them and managed to get a flat. I think I ran over a nail or something sharp. Took it back into them fixed it fast and did not even charge. Will definitely get all my electric scooter/ bikes etc from them.
Bought a couple Super 73's from Kyle and Vintage Iron Cycles. The whole process was super easy and convenient. I spent most of the past weekend on our bikes - received lots of questions and comments about the bikes and was very confident to refer them to VIC. Great shop and Kyle the manager is super awesome!

Vintage Iron and North 49 Brands have been excellent. We did significant research before selecting the style of ebike and the vendor we wanted to work with. After a strong recommendation from a trusted friend, we visited their location in the southeast, and were very impressed with the selection and fantastic service from Kyle. After sale service has been brilliant, and it's so refreshing to experience such care in a retail environment. Strongly recommend Vintage Iron and North 49 Brands!
Bought a onewheel pint x here. Kyle was honest, informative, giving good advice for first time owners, and overall very pleasant to deal with. He did not push for sale, but instead offered advice that made sense to us, and commented on each accessories based on our needs rather than the profitbility.
I give these fellows top marks for knowledge and honesty on the bikes they carry. They were very open to answering any question with understandable and thought provoking answers. As a result we bought two Synergy Commuter Low Step bikes for a fair price. We live in northern Alberta, bringing the bikes in for maintenance is not an option. The after purchase service is very important. The service ensures we can get the parts we need from them, when we need them. I did my online research, I was very worried about having to visit several different businesses to find the bikes that would suit our need. I was so happy to find the bikes here! We live out of town, with gravel roads and long hills. These bikes mean we can take a tour to town, home again and enjoy the trip. I will encourage anyone I know and talk to, who is interested in electric bikes to talk to these fellows! You will walk away a happy bike rider!
I don't know what's better Kyle or VIC YYC? They both bring so much to the table.The studio is fun and inspiring with all sorts of E-Bikes and other goods, super clean crisp area to browse your next purchase. Kyle is incredibly knowledgable and kind, he kept me up to date with the status of my forever dream bike. Now she is home and I couldn't be more pleased with this transaction. A thousand percent recommend!
